The creator of Photopea, a great free alternative to Photoshop, shared this code a few years ago, but the main part of the code is obfuscated and has a routine that causes it to stop working after a certain day in 2021. I've tried to fix it, but it's really complicated, even with AI it's extremely difficult. If you still want to try, here's the version I managed to get.
