- Update Contour chart to v0.2.1 from projectcontour.github.io
- Change namespace from 'contour' to 'projectcontour' per official docs
- Add conditional TLS component paths for Contour HTTPProxy resources
- Full-stack: projectcontour.io/httpproxy/full-stack-tls
- Front-door: projectcontour.io/httpproxy/front-door-tls
- Ingress-only: projectcontour.io/httpproxy/front-door-tls
- Add Azure Load Balancer health probe configuration for Contour
