This update is mostly a maintenance release, and includes:
- Two new semantic tests (1822 and 1823) testing the rateOf function for species changing inside a simultaneously-changing compartment.
- Syntactic tests updated to match libsbml v5.20.5
- Extra spaces removed from a handful of CSV files
- External model definition references fixed.
- Helper functions in 'src/' updated to work on latest compilers.
- L3 models with species in size-zero compartments fixed.
- Some absolute tolerances adjusted
- Species that were supposed to be 'constant' now actually set 'constant' (instead of 'boundary')
The SBML Test Suite Runner has not been updated in this release, just the tests themselves. The SBML Test Suite Database of tests and test results from various tools has been updated, so new results from simulators may be uploaded.
For convenience, here are the links to the 3.3.0 installers for the SBML Test Suite Runner. Once installed, you'll need to update the test files by hand:
