Add performance test code for data loader

Description

In this PR, I have added the test script and related file used for scalardb data loader performance test.

Please note that these are not a changes that was missed to add before the scalardb release. These files were used for performance testing which was completed earlier. The files which were previously modified based requirements are now being added to the scalardb repository from the standalone scalardb data loader repsository

The script used for performance test, the database config and schema file, source file generator (for import) and some util scripts along with the readme file is added.

I am closing this PR as the performance test code is not required to be added to scalardb repository and will add it to verification repository.
