Summary of Changes

Hello @feeblefakie, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request is an automated backport focused on improving the clarity and accuracy of logging within the Consensus Commit module. My changes refine error messages and internal method names to provide more precise context, particularly when dealing with NoMutationException and issues related to retrieving coordinator status. The goal is to make debugging and understanding system behavior more straightforward.

Highlights

  • Improved Error Naming: A specific error enum member related to coordinator status retrieval has been renamed for better clarity, changing 'CANNOT_COORDINATOR_STATUS' to 'CANNOT_GET_COORDINATOR_STATUS'.
  • Enhanced Mutation Details in Exceptions: A utility method within NoMutationException has been renamed from addTransactionIdToMessage to addMutationDetailsToMessage to more accurately reflect its purpose of adding mutation details to error messages.
  • Consistent Error References: All references to the old error enum member name in CommitHandler.java have been updated to use the new, clearer name, ensuring consistency across the codebase.

Code Review

This pull request is a backport that improves logging related to the consensus commit mechanism. The changes consist of renaming an enum constant in CoreError and a private method in NoMutationException to be more descriptive. The corresponding usages of the renamed enum constant in CommitHandler are also updated. These changes enhance code readability and maintainability. The modifications are correct and I have no further suggestions.
