Code Review

This pull request is an automated backport that updates two dependencies in build.gradle. The org.jreleaser plugin is updated from 1.19.0 to 1.20.0, and azureCosmosVersion is updated from 4.73.1 to 4.74.0. These are minor version bumps and appear to be routine updates. The changes are straightforward and I have no concerns.
