Code Review

This pull request backports changes to add integration tests for Cassandra 4 and 5. The changes focus on updating the Cassandra driver dependency. The version is bumped to 3.12.1, and more importantly, the group ID is switched from com.datastax.cassandra to org.apache.cassandra. This migrates the project to a community-maintained fork of the DataStax 3.x driver, which is a sound decision to ensure compatibility with modern libraries and newer versions of Cassandra. The changes are correct and well-contained within the build configuration files. I have no further comments.
