This PR adds temporal tests to tutorials, fixes templates to use OpenAI plugin, provider, and interceptor pattern (#144) and archives some of our other agents using Temporal integration. In many conversations with MLE's they told me that while they think Temporal is very powerful, the different paradigms make it hard to use. The idea is to simplify the experience and provide a few building blocks to allow developers to build agents with Temporal. There are very useful patterns in the other tutorials such as (state machines and activity usage) so these are archived so they can be referenced if need be, but to not confuse users and make a faster learning curve. In addition the run agent streamed auto send function has been deprecated as discussed in prior meetings.
