  • Create public IPs after server is created to avoid being billed an IP if server cannot be created for some reason (quota issue, unknown server type, etc.)
  • Only delete public IPs with matching tags, to avoid deleting public IPs manually attached by user.
  • Add e2e test for clusters with a public gateway and machines without public IPs
