[Autoscaling](https://www.scaleway.com/en/docs/serverless-containers/concepts/#autoscaling) now supports new rules: CPU and RAM percentage.

This feature allows users to automatically adjust the CPU and RAM resources allocated to their Serverless Containers based on workload demands.
