It's lighter, and on my codespaces I'm currently fighting with disk space when popping up workbenches.

Cloudserver v9 introduces configuration changes.
This PR adds support for cloudserver v9 and maintains backward compatibility with v7 (to make sure we are still able to work locally with earlier versions).
