Quick Start (no ImageJ experience)

  1. Setup your java JDK (use java 8 for now: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html)

  2. Download the "No JRE" version of Fiji (https://downloads.imagej.net/fiji/latest/fiji-nojre.zip)

  3. Launch ImageJ

  4. Help > Update, wait a moment while it checks for updates

  5. Click "Manage update sites"

  6. Enable the SciView update site

  7. Click "Apply changes" to install SciView

  8. Restart ImageJ, launch SciView to test if it is working
