  • scikit-build-core is now built in epel-10 with all the tests enabled 🎉
  • Removed the [pyproject] extra
  • Removed the rpmlint test
  • Minor maintenance to .packit.yaml

Trying to package for epel-10 with tests again since it seems cattrs is already in epel-10, and all of the remaining seem rather simple to push if needed.
