This update adds algebraic hash infrastructure to the BCS transformation, and Poseidon. It also adds a proof of work to the BCS transformation, further lowering the SNARK proof sizes.
Furthermore it adds significant RS-IOP improvements to Fractal, leading to a >2x speedup.
