Rev 7 fix a compatibility issue with the C64 introduced in rev 6.

Now is possible to use all the 6 buttons on the Amiga.
Unfortunately at the moment there are no known games or program that can do this.
But now is possible to write programs and games to do that.

Added a second transistor to fix the issue with the second button on some Amiga and certain pads.
