Overview
This PR introduces the
StateRootProviderExttrait which is used to perform state root operations on the latest state stored in the database. We also integrateStateRootProviderExtandStateRootProviderimplementations to use theStateRoottype provided by theStateCommitmenttype. This PR should be reviewed after #47.
