Bumps sphinx-scylladb-theme from 1.8.7 to 1.8.8.

@dgarcia360 do I understand correctly that with scylladb/sphinx-scylladb-theme#1476 we should be able to use myst_substitutions with sphinx-multiversion without this hack? Edit: nevermind, I see this will only be released in 0.3.3.
