Add Ask AI button in header & hero box

Adds "Ask AI" button to the header and hero box.

To make space for the new button, the "Server" and "Cloud" links in the header were moved under the "Platforms" menu. We can adjust the terminology if needed -> @annastuchlik

How to test

1. Build the docs.
2. Preview the changes:

The AI chatbot changes look great.

I'm not sure about "Platforms". It makes me think of the platforms we support, like Debian or Ubuntu.
I think I would change it into "Deployment", as it would be in line with what we say on the Manual landing page.
