This adds the option to describe config IDs in case study files more flexible.
Instead of providing a list of IDs, this PR now adds support to specify:
all-- to just use all configs defined (Implementation by @boehmseb)<start>..<end>instead of a single config ID to capture a whole range of IDs from<start>to<end>(Both inclusive)
