Added soanswer function for generating markdown of expressions + output, suitable for SO answers.
Create SOanswer.R
Fixed behaviour for warnings, errors.
Update SOanswer.R
Added (slightly experimental) soon and sooff fns as permanent versions of soanswer.
Added SOanswer.R to DESCRIPTION.

Richard Cotton had submitted a PR on my fork, which I'm now trying to merge back in with yours. Also, made a modification to the Linux
readClipcode.
