* 3.9 is EOL * development dependencies are already requireing 3.10 * we could just bump the minimum tested python (like we did with 3.8) but I think the chance of accidentally breaking 3.9 compat is high so this seems reasonable Signed-off-by: Jussi Kukkonen <[email protected]>
