Update libARI structures

Hi, Awesome Project!

A lot has changed since the ARI structures were extracted in 2021. I've rerun the extraction scripts for iOS 16.3.1 and iOS 18.3.1 and added the results.

Could you please run the scripts on both, iOS 18.3.1 for an iPhone 16e and for an iPhone 11 and then manually diff the output?

While the new C1/Sinope baseband reuses a lot of the old Intel code, including ARI, I would like to make sure that the new Wireshark dissector is compatible with both, iPhone 11 and iPhone 16e. Ideally, the iPhone 16e just supports some more groups for Satellite (IBIStwSendMsgReq and similar), but it could also be the case that Apple rewrote some larger parts of the existing message groups that iPhone 11 and 16e share.

Good point. It turns out that the extraction for both iOS 18 for the iPhone 16e and iOS 18 for the iPhone 11 results in the same output (given in 7e9618e).
