Add minimal debug_trace soak benchmark script with CSV output#3036

Building on top of the existing benchmark script, add a debug_trace benchmark that is runnable alongside the benchmark, which repeatedly executes debug trace for blocks with a configured number of transactions. This should reduce the feedback time in tuning the debug_trace or investigating its slowness/effectiveness of fixes.
