Improve file downloads - disable automation prompts

  • Prevent download prompts from appearing (On Chrome, Firefox, and Edge)
  • Update the default timeout for asserting downloaded files
  • Update the Python requirements
    -- coverage==5.3
    -- rich==6.2.0
