📝 Description

• ensures the esbuild watcher only fires once and relies on Phoenix live reload to pick up assets, by awaiting the watcher and trimming redundant patterns
• update npm packages
• normalize eslint rules and apply them to the codebase
• cleanup icon size helpers, update class names to match new helpers
