feat: add tap v2

[gusinacio]

• update receipt aggregate voucher to mimic the same as in https://github.com/graphprotocol/contracts/blob/horizon/packages/horizon/contracts/interfaces/ITAPCollector.sol
• update receipt struct to contain the same restrictions
• update all tests accordingly
• update tap-aggregator to aggregate receipts v2 into rav v2
