Revert documentation changes from PR #292, preserve v1.16.0 changelog

PR #292 deleted documentation files and reorganized the docs structure. This reverts those documentation changes while keeping the v1.16.0 changelog entry.

Changes

• Restored deleted files: README.md and MULTILANGUAGE.md in js/cdn/docs/
• Reverted directory structure: Moved conversations.md and messages.md back to js/cdn/docs/features/
• Preserved: v1.16.0 changelog entry in CHANGELOG.md
