Data race when accessing total
Size is 0 after clearing
array is not initialized
Implementation defined. Also, make fmtflags a scoped enum because we do not want to pull the enum values into the seqan3 namespace. Previously, seqan3::none was the same as seqan3::fmtflags2::none.
