It's unneeded on .NET8+ that the library targets and its' inclusion causes the following error in VS2022 v17.14.20: "error NU1510: Warning As Error: PackageReference System.Net.Http will not be pruned. Consider removing this package from your dependencies, as it is likely unnecessary."
