- Fixed issue 0x80131045 Strong name signature could not be verified after updating to 7.0.0 #567: .NET Framework assemblies were not built properly
- Consolidated PR validation action workflows and updated some task versions
The pr-analysis-*.yml workflows should only run on a PR. But since they have a pusn trigger too, the were always executed twice on a PR. Removed the push triggers.
Some steps were only working on Ubuntu. Changed them, so the workflow can run correctly on Windows again.
