In keyboards with a numpad the enter key is located in the bottom right corner and the return key is just over the right shift. This creates an inconsistency during usage because text can be sent by pressing return, but ex commands are can't. This commit makes the keys equivalent, so users with a numpad don't have to over extend their hand in order to type an Ex command
