Fix for personalized title key derivation

Fixes:

• Personalized title key derivation because I'm an idiot
• SD service now better handles automatic drive add/remove detection (thank you @noahc3!)
• Key files are now closed as soon as they are written to

Partial Release - Key Derivation

Derives keys and exports them to ~/.switch
