omega-edit Kotlin gRPC Server

This repo holds code for a Kotlin gRPC server of omega-edit. This uses already published Scala packages from the omega-edit repo, these being API, SPI and Native. To be able to download these files you need to set the GITHUB_USER and GITHUB_TOKEN environment variables.
