Migrate the Invoice Generator + Inventory Management app to Next.js 15 and remove authentication to make it a generic, public application.
This PR updates Next.js, React, and Supabase packages, refactors Supabase client/server usage with
@supabase/ssr, disables auth middleware, removes logout functionality, and replaces client-specific details with generic placeholders.
