- Brightened default 'Dark' theme colors for Subtle, Disabled, and Border to improve contrast on dark backgrounds. - Explicitly applied theme colors to the list help component in `internal/tui/list.go` to ensure it uses the improved theme instead of library defaults. - Updated `theme.toml` to reflect the new default color values.
