data: Add Pi-Hole Userspace support

This pull request adds support for detecting Pi-Hole Userspace profiles to the sherlock_project/resources/data.json file. The new entry includes all necessary metadata and configuration for username checks.

New site integration:

• Added a new "Pi-Hole Userspace" entry with appropriate error handling, username validation regex, URLs for profile and probe, and a sample claimed username.

Hi @ppfeister, do you have any idea why F+ Check fails here? Unable to figure it out..
