v6.25.11

Everything has generally been stable now for several years, but continuing to look into the longer term this tagged release is the first step at proper version control.
Updates going forward should automatically source their own latest branches/tags allowing me to be hands off and this project continue indefinitely.
The auto-generated release notes have tagged a lot of people who have historically contributed. Thank you everyone. Your input is what has brought about great improvements directly, and also indirectly prompting ne ideas and features. Monero really has a great community.
