correct mapping seems to be this looking at the date, runtime and title It's Spring! Take Off!

that's a different one. in tvdb it's a two episode special while in Mal it's a double. If you check Mal description you'll see what I mean

Your mapping is wrong, mal list this as one single episode. Everything aligns with tvdb ep25.
Yes it includes tvdb s0e1-s0e2 but if mal doesnt list them separate they cant be mapped imo.
