3 cheese stacked blue corn red chile
If there aren't blue corn tortillas then 3 cheese rolled flour red chile
- Cervantes (Never misses. Their chile is hot but still doesn't give me heartburn. Their rice is amazing. Its not just an afterthought. Insane vibes -- swords and fireplaces and always decked out for the holidays.)
- Duran's station (Amazing food and easy second to the excellent Cervantes, but rice is not part of the combo. Excellent vibes -- feels like coming home.)
- El Patio (Really good, but weak chile. Too runny/soupy chile. Also, they don't do rice.)
- Church Street Cafe (Solid middle of the pack. Not a bad choice but unremarkable.)
- Papa Felipe's (Enjoyable. Doesn't knock your socks off, but its great. Both rolled and blue stacked are good. Great salsa.)
- Cocinia Azul (Original location. Good but very plain. The chile has a good heat but is very simple. The whole dish feels like something is missing. Really limited menu for vegetarians. Sopapillas are mid.)
- Los Cuates (I normally really like this place, but the stacked didn't have the cheese melted all the way through. The rolled are great. Red chile is good).
- Indian Pueblo Kitchen (It's a bit unfair to put airport food on this ranking.)
- Frontier (lol)
- El Mariachi (never been)
- Sadie's
- High Noon Saloon
