Checks for Windows OS and calls op.system('color') to allow cmd to use formatted text
From my environment, this is necessary in order to get the color codes to be colors instead of being interpreted as literals
If it's turned on, calling it again does not appear to make any changes
Returns a 1 in cmd, meaning non-recognized command, but it works
