Bug: Discord Link Rendering Inconsistency
The Discord link's rendering condition checks data.discordUsername, but its href uses data.discordHandle. This inconsistency can result in broken links (e.g., https://discordapp.com/users/undefined) if discordUsername exists but discordHandle is undefined, or prevent the link from rendering if discordHandle exists but discordUsername does not.

Bug: Penalty Card Hides Important Messages
The penalty card's display condition was updated to require delegateInfo?.stats?.securityPenaltyBreakdown. This change hides the entire card when this data is missing, preventing the display of crucial messages like "Didn't vote on SC Elections" or "Disqualified" that were previously shown in such cases.
