It is not positioned properly on the page. Keep it on the right side and keep it fixed.
It's working should be like ask a user which topic do you want to learn or something like that.
Then detect from the answers what he needs. Give him the link to redirect to that resource. Can you make this change?

- Text message field is not visible
- When I am writing python, the complete link is not available.
- Suppose I want to learn something else, like javascript, ask a ques immediately after displaying the link. Anything else you want to learn?
- Suppose I am writing something that is not available, write a message for that too.
