SoundRestore has been reborn as a C++ program, closing issue #2. This freestanding 32-bit Windows executable requires no C Runtime or other external dependencies, ensuring it runs on any version of Windows you'd miss traditional system sounds on.

Users who enjoy the auditory aesthetic of traditional spinning hard drives may appreciate that the executable is now featherlight. At just 4608 bytes, it launches near-instantly.
