Make WiFi stay connected to the strongest(usually closest) AP avaliable.

MacOS did not specify this behavior by default.

## Connect WiFi to strongest Access Point
This has been deprecated since MacOS 12.7.4, 13.6.5, and 14.4. Due to the removal of the airport command line tool.
For more info, see [this reddit post](https://old.reddit.com/r/MacOS/comments/1bjjchk/rip_airport_cli_macos_sonoma_144_removes_the) and [CVE-2024-23227](https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2024-23227).
