🏪 Integrating Business Intelligence for Fork & Flame

📘 Overview

This project delivers a Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI/BA) solution for Fork & Flame, a fast-growing fast-food chain in Ireland.
It integrates synthetic datasets across sales, inventory, customer, and supplier domains to provide actionable insights using Tableau Cloud dashboards and simulated Salesforce CRM workflows.

• Loyalty Tier Upgrade Flow – automates loyalty points & tier changes
• Delayed Supplier Alert Flow – notifies procurement on delayed deliveries
• Customer Complaint Management Flow – validates and prioritizes complaints
• SLA Escalation Flow – monitors SLA breaches and escalates unresolved issues

(Workflows were implemented in Salesforce Developer Edition; cannot be exported as code but are described in the report.)

🧱 Data Architecture

Seven integrated CSV datasets: Customers, Orders, Employees, Inventory, Suppliers, DeliveryLogs, and CustomerComplaints.

Each table maintains relational integrity via primary/foreign keys for reliable Tableau joins. ERD and Data Dictionary visuals are provided in the config folder.
