Proposed Changes

Run the EF tests for new types from EIP-7916 and EIP-8016:

  • ProgressiveList
  • ProgressiveBitList (requires TreeHash impl)
  • Progressive containers (requires ProgressiveBitList)
  • Compatible unions (requires ssz_derive additions)
