Summary
This PR follows #47, adding support for metrics covering the reconciliation and updates of the Model Validation statuses.
Note: This PR currently includes the changes from #47, it will be rebased once #47 is approved and merged.

Introduced metrics covering the reconciliation of Model Validation resources with their pods, as well as metrics covering status updates.
