Summary
This PR adds support for the CLI
--trust_configoption, as introduced in sigstore/model-transparency#460Note: this PR is based on a series of outstanding PRs, only the last commit is related to the new functionality. This PR will be rebased after these PRs, and #52, have been merged.
@SequeI As you originally asked for this feature, and created the related sigstore/model-transparency#460 PR, can you please review and provide some feedback?
