Why is this so small compared to the other similar go upgrade PRs?

There are a handful of ways we test and build. This one just happens to be pretty simple. The test workflow references the go.mod file to know which version to use. I think the build tool does also. There's no Dockerfile to update either. If only they were all this simple! |
