Adds a page that allows for configuring and running the
schedulerfor the SATs and the LAT. Outputs a schedule to the browser and the plot from (https://github.com/simonsobs/scheduler-scripts/pull/44). Can pass inyamlformatted text to optionally add manual cal targets. State can be optionally configured. Most options are supported though some things that aren't likely to be changed aren't configurable right now.Probably will want to modularize
scheduler_scriptssomehow in the future to prevent duplication ofgen_schedulecode here.
